NATIONAL CONVENTION LIVESTREAM EVENT

If the Livestream Event does not automatically play during the planned schedule in the window below, you can refresh the page (with the button below). Also, you can click the video play button in the window on certain browsers.

Notes for the best livestream experience:

  • If the video does not automatically start about 20 minutes before the event begins, you simply need to click the play icon in the center of the video frame. (Some browsers like Chrome no longer support autoplay).
  • Our livestream is broadcast in HD quality. If you are having any issues with buffering or video stuttering during the event, select the gear icon at the bottom right of the video frame to select a lower quality stream (480 or 240). This will lower the image quality but stabilize the stream for problematic internet connections.
  • If you are not hearing audio, be sure to check the audio icon at the bottom right of the video window, making sure the volume is up and not muted. Additionally you need to make sure your own computer audio is not muted and finally, that your browser does not have audio muted on websites you search.
  • If you are having issues, also try connecting through the video player link (see button). Chat will not be available on the direct player page.

LIVESTREAM SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

For the first time in 2025 our online audience will be a hosted experience at the beginning and end of each plenary session. The livestream portion of the event will begin earlier and stay on a minute or two later than the in-person event, in order to connect with you on a more personal level and be sure you are updated on what is happening and planned throughout the weekend.

MUSIC & WORSHIP 2025

Shine was founded in 2014 by School of Music Dean Dr. Stephen Müller and is a contemporary a cappella group of 13 students who inspire and encourage listeners with their beautiful harmony and powerful lyrics. With unique and fresh vocal arrangements, this team utilizes Christian music, old and new, to present the Gospel.

In 2018, Shine was invited to sing as part of The 8th Annual Christmas in New York at Carnegie Hall with Travis Cottrell and Denver and the Mile High Orchestra. In addition to on campus performances, Shine has been featured at Brooklyn Tabernacle in Brooklyn, NY and has participated in National Day of Prayer events in Washington, D.C.

Shine made their debut appearance for the 2024 CMDA National Convention at Ridgecrest in North Carolina and they are coming back by popular demand.

We are not to simply bandage the wounds of victims beneath the wheels of injustice, we are to drive a spoke into the wheel itself.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer
