CMDA has room blocks reserved at two properties that can both be accessible the link below. You will need to make your room reservations, which are separate from your conference registration fees.

We strongly encourage you to secure hotel reservations well in advance of the cutoff date. After this date, the hotel will release any unreserved rooms back to the general public.

Located along the Ohio River in Covington, Kentucky, the Northern Kentucky Convention Center is just across the historic Roebling Suspension Bridge from downtown Cincinnati. With the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter and Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter located just steps from the convention center, our guests will have convenient access to their accommodations throughout the week. Travel

If you are flying to the convention, we recommend flying into the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). This airport 12 minutes from the Cincinnati Marriot RiverCenter and/or the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati depending on traffic.

 

For those driving to the convention, several parking garages are conveniently located near the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, including the RiverCenter Garage and Marriott Garage. Parking rates and availability may vary.
