First Step: Apply for a Scholarship and Register for the Convention
A limited number of scholarships are available to students, residents and fellows. This scholarship covers $150 of your convention registration fee. Be sure to apply for a scholarship BEFORE you register for the convention.
After you apply for a scholarship, staff from CMDA’s Campus & Community Ministries will contact you and provide a promo code to register for the convention. Once you receive that code, please register for the convention.
Second Step: Arrange for Lodging and Travel
CMDA has room blocks reserved at two different properties. You will need to make your room reservations, which are separate from your conference registration fees.
If you are flying to the convention, we recommend flying into the Denver International Airport (DIA). This airport is approximately 45 to 60 minutes from the Embassy Suites in Loveland.
More Information about Lodging and Travel
Your registration fee provides boxed lunches on Friday and Saturday, plus the evening banquet on Saturday. Breakfast is provided through the hotel. Dinner on Thursday and Friday are on your own.

“More than anything else, I appreciated the opportunity to interact with other Christian medical students. I was inspired by their interest in attending the conference and the quality of their research. Additionally, the judges gave quality feedback—evidence of their genuine interest in my work and in me as a developing healthcare professional. Overall, the session was well organized, engaging and fun.”
